Magic has been in Ben’s family for over a century. His Grandfather’s uncle had the honour of meeting the great ‘Harry Houdini’ when he toured Australia in 1910. Following in his ancestors footsteps, Ben is now carrying on the unique and amazing family tradition.
He began informal study of this great art at age 13 and in early 1990; he was introduced to an ex-card cheat turned expert magician by his grandfather. His new mentor taught him the difference between traditional magic styles and today’s high class commercial entertainment, and how to harness them into a spectacular show.
Ben is an award winning magician whose mastery of his art has earned the respect of his peers, and after observing only one trick it is not hard to see why.
